Palmtree House Luxury Villa is a spacious holiday home situated within the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in Pennington. Surrounded by lush coastal vegetation, the property offers a tranquil seaside escape for families and groups of friends. The estate is ideally located next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions.

The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 3 self-catering apartments, which are booked together. Each apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, with each bedroom furnished with a king-size bed. All 6 bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms fitted with either a shower or a bath and shower combination, along with a toilet and basin. Bed linen is provided.

Each apartment comprises an open-plan living area. The kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering and include a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge areas are furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.

The property features an expansive wooden deck with a sparkling lap pool, sun loungers, and braai facilities, creating an ideal outdoor entertainment space. Additional facilities include a Jacuzzi and a pool table. Secure parking and 24-hour security are provided within the estate. The villa is serviced daily, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Additional services such as spa treatments, golf tours, day tours, shuttle services, and airport transfers can be arranged on request. A French restaurant is located within the estate. A backup inverter system and a JoJo water tank are available during power and water outages. A surcharge applies for Jacuzzi use, and the property is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
